The museum is a part of the historical quarter of Dubai. Located at the heart of this quarter is the „Union House“ in which the United Arabic Emirates was founded on 2nd December 1971. The museum itself consists of a pavilion building of approx. 2,000 m2 as well as a large underground museum section of some 10,000 m2 that accommodates the museum galleries and a so-called Education Centre. Khalifa Stadium is being remodeled to meet FIFA regulations for the 2022 World Cup. Following the renovation, the stadium will have a seating capacity of 40,000. A new single undulating roof will be added that will cover all the seating within the stadium. In addition there will be a museum, food courts and a retail area.

Adnoc New Corporate HQ, Abu Dhabi

The Adnoc New Corporate HQ will include an office tower, podium and atrium, and an underground parking block. The total built up area is expected to be about 190,000 m2.
The 342 m tower will include a corniche club, a museum and other supporting facilities. The tower is also expected to work towards attaining a Gold or Platinum Leed status.

Scheduled for completion in September 2015, the centre will have the capacity to handle 50,000 twenty-foot equivalent containers (TEUs) per year.
